SVOD Episodic Licensing: Vol. 3

Accurately Value Licensing Revenue for Television Series Content Streaming in Scandinavia, Belgium (French and Dutch Speaking), and the Netherlands.

The SVOD Film Licensing Report: Volume Three is the industry’s only resource that provides accurate licensing rates paid by streaming services for episodic content in the Nordics and Northern Europe.

Several resources are available for accessing macro data about the streaming markets, such as ARPU and subscriber count. Some even claim to use artificial intelligence to predict future revenue.

However, FilmTake is unique in providing market intelligence based solely on executed licensing agreements between broadcasters, streaming services, PayTV operators, and content owners.

Get exclusive access to rate cards and principal agreement terms granting non-exclusive rights to transmit selected Television Series content via SVOD in Benelux and Scandinavia.

The SVOD Licensing Agreement for Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark) has been amended over twenty times since 2018 to add new content and update terms, definitions, and rate cards. The 2021 Extension Amendment updated rate cards for an additional three years through January 2024.

The SVOD Licensing Agreement for Belgium (French and Dutch speaking) has been amended over twenty times since 2018 to add new content and update terms, definitions, and rate cards. The 2021 Extension Amendment revised rate cards for an additional three years through September 2024.

The SVOD Licensing Agreement for the Netherlands has been amended over thirty-five times since 2018 to add new content and update terms, definitions, and rate cards. The 2022 Extension Amendment revised rate cards for an additional three years through June 2025.
